I am a full service residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning contractor.I carry most common
replacement parts on the van and can address most problems immediately. Since I work on all major brands of equipment, I have
accounts around town and am able to get factory OEM (original equipment manufactured) parts or the parts they suggest
to repair your equipment.

Service Rate: I charge $65 per hour. Rain or shine, 6 days a week! (We
try not to work on Sundays) When you decide to call Way Cool HVAC, I promise that your HVAC system will be thoroughly
gone over. Not just fixing the immediate issue at hand, but to also keep you advised of any potential problems that may
arise.
Seasonal Check-ups: To keep your equipment at peak performance and to save you your
hard earned money, seasonal checkups are of vital importance. After your home and car, your HVAC system is probably the most
expensive item you will have to purchase. You wouldn't buy a car and then never change the oil would you? I charge $79.95
for one (1) system and $55.00 for each additional system that you have.

Maintenance
Contracts: Residential or commercial maintenance contracts vary depending on the quantity of systems and what
you actually want done. The benefits include: Piece of mind, in that you are sure your
system is working a peak performance. A 10% discount on all parts and labor. seasonal system checkups. (Spring and fall)
